How long does a full detail take?
A full detail typically takes between 4-6 hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. For ceramic coating packages, we require the vehicle for 24-48 hours to ensure proper curing.
Do you offer mobile detailing services?
Yes! We offer a premium mobile service where we bring our fully equipped van to your home or office. We just need access to power and water near the vehicle.
How often should I get my car detailed?
We recommend a full detail every 6-12 months, with maintenance washes every 2-4 weeks. This ensures your vehicle's protection remains intact and retains its value.
Paint Protection
What is the difference between wax and ceramic coating?
Wax sits on top of the paint and lasts 1-3 months. Ceramic coating bonds with the paint, creating a hard, hydrophobic layer that provides superior protection and gloss for 2-5+ years.
Is Paint Protection Film (PPF) better than Ceramic Coating?
They serve different purposes. PPF protects against physical damage like rock chips and scratches. Ceramic Coating protects against chemical damage (UV, bird bombs) and adds gloss. For ultimate protection, we recommend PPF with Ceramic Coating on top.
Can I wash my car after a ceramic coating?
You should wait at least 7 days before washing your vehicle to allow the coating to fully cure. After that, we recommend hand washing with pH-neutral shampoos.
How much does PPF cost and how long will you need my car?
The quote depends on the condition of the vehicle, how much coverage you want, film type and paint preparation. On average we require vehicles for up to 5 days in order to complete the work in accordance to our standards. Once images of the vehicle is shared then we can quote and advise on our availability.

What is paint correction?
Paint correction is the process of removing surface scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation from your vehicle's paint through machine polishing. This restores the paint to a like-new condition before applying protection.
Do you work on all vehicle types?
Yes! We work on all types of vehicles including cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, boats, and RVs. Our team has experience with luxury, exotic, and classic vehicles.
What areas do you service?
We service the entire metro area and surrounding suburbs. For mobile services, we travel up to 30 miles from our location. Contact us to confirm if we service your area.
Booking & Payment
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking slot.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
What if it rains on the day of my mobile appointment?
We monitor the weather closely. If rain is forecast and you don't have a shelter/garage, we may need to reschedule for the best results, as water spots can ruin a fresh detail.
